H&H Jewellery provides World Wide Shipping with Order Tracking.

For Australian Orders, We use Standard Australian Couriers for Online Purchases. All Online Orders are tracked and are processed Monday through to Friday during normal business hours.

Below are the Standard Estimated Delivery Times within Australia:

Metro Areas : Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, & Adelaide (3 – 5 Business Days)
Regional Areas: 5 - 7 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for our customers, ensuring you safely receive your online order as quickly as possible.

Please choose carefully - refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for items of equal value or store credit. To qualify for an exchange,  products must be in their original condition, free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear. All packaging and certificates must be returned along with a valid proof of purchase and identification. 

Claims stating goods are faulty or wrongly described must be made within 14 days of sale or such further time as is reasonable. Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to any item which is faulty, requires repair or is significantly different from the item described.

Please note, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Items may not be returned to us without prior authorisation and arrangements.

- Please email ehhjewellery@bigpond.com for your return authorization and instructions for the items you wish to return.

-Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the change of mind return of earrings, unless the item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.

- For exchange or returns, all goods must be in original condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. All packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

- Claims stating goods are faulty or wrongly described must be made within 14 days of sale or such further time as is reasonable with regard to the terms of any manufacturer's guarantee and warranties implied by legislation.

- All products purchased through this Website are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards.

- Goods may be deemed not to meet acceptable quality standards if they:

(a) are not suitable for all typical purposes associated with goods of that kind;
(b) do not meet acceptable standards of appearance and finish, based on industry norms;
(c) contain defects; or
(d) pose a safety risk.

Pre-Order, Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items
- Change of mind returns or exchanges are not accepted for any Made-to-Order or Bespoke items.
- A minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price applies to all Made-to-Order or Bespoke items.
