| We will carefully package your item(s) to ensure a safe and easy arrival. We do not mark the postal envelope with any text to indicate that there is Jewellery in the parcel.Our products are Quality Controlled (QC) and so checked for faults and damage prior to shipment by one of our staff members who will sign-off on the QC process.All of our items are insured and as part of our customer service, if an item is lost or damaged in transit we will manage all aspects of the insurance claim process.We ship our items using the Australian premier postal service, Australian Post. All of our items are insured upon delivery a signature with photo identification will be required for the posted item(s).For this reason we do not ship to P.O. BOXES. All orders are shipped insured and registered and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office. |
