Q: Can I make a change to one of your listed products?

A:  Sure. Most of our products are made in-house

     If you require a larger/smaller stone or a different material or changes to a design

     We can almost certainly accommodate all requests please call us.

Q: Can I pick up my jewellery order from your store?

A: Yes please come in and meet with us.

Q: Do you ship outside Australia?

A: Yes, but only when purchases paid with EFT or Bank Cheque.

Q: What type of credit cards do you take?

A: At the moment we only take Visa, Mastercard and

    Bankcard through  PAYPAL  payment system.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It could take between 1-5 weeks depending on availability.

Q: Will my items be giftwraped and boxed?

A:Yes all purchases will be boxed in our special signature wooden boxes and gift-wrapped.

Q: Do you give Valuation Certificate or a Receipt with your jewellery?

A: Yes all purchases comes with receipt and all items purchased over $1000 will come with

    Indepented Valuation Certificate done by Indepented Gemmogilist.

Q: Does Pendants come with pictured chain or any other chain?

A: Pendants WON"T come with pictured chain but will come with Plated Chain.
